תראי, כשצילמתי את האימון הזה, חזרתי אחרי פציעה, לא הייתי בכושר בכלל(גם אפשר לראות אותי ממש מתנשף) ובכל זאת החלטתי לצלם אותו ולהמליץ לך עליו, כי הרעיון שעומד מאחוריו יעזור לך להשיג קצב חילוף חומרים מהיר וע"י זה להשיג בטן מפוסלת יותר. 

רוצה בטן שטוחה, גוף בריא ומראה צעיר יותר? תתחילי לעבוד ותייצרי לך קצב חילוף חומרים מהיר הרבה יותר ממה שיש לך כרגע.

ניתן להתאים את האימון הזה לרמות שונות. אני רוצה שתנסי אותו, ותגיד לי מה דעתך, עד הסרטון הבא. האימון הוא אימון לא קל, ואפשר להחשיב אותו כאימון למתקדמים, יחד עם זאת יש לך המלצות מתחת לסרטון איך אפשר להתאים אותו גם למתחילים יותר.

 

הוא לוקח מעט מאוד זמן, בתוספת של 2 אימונים נוספים(יישלחו לך בהמשך) סך הדקות שתצטרכי להשקיע בשבוע לא יעלה על 30 דק', והתוצאות הן מדהימות, מוכנה להתחיל?
 

מגניב, אז כמה כללי אצבע + התאמות לאימון וליצירת קצב חילוף חומרים מהיר:

 

תרגיל 1 : ניתן במקום המדרגה לרוץ במקום, להזיז את הרגלים במקום במשך 30 שניות

תרגיל 2: ניתן להוריד את מספר החזרות בחצי ולשים את הידיים על כיסא( זה יוריד את רמת הוקשי)

תרגיל 3: ניתן לעשות את שכיבות השמיכה על הברכיים, ופשוט לעלות למעלה(ללא הקפיצות)

תרגיל 4: לחתוך בחצי את הזמן שתקפוץ בחבל

 

המלצה כללית:
יש לעבוד לפי זמנים, ולבדוק בכמה זמן אתה יכול לסיים את האימון, זה לא משנה אם זה ייקח 10 דקות או שעה, תבדקי את זה, ותרשמי לך. אולי בעוד חודש ממש תופתעי. בלי שום קשר, תמיד טוב לבדוק את קצב ההתקדמות שלך, יודעת מה התחרות הכי מאתגרת? התחרות מול עצמך!
