תבלי:
1. עדיף להשקיע בחבר קיים מאשר למצוא חדש,
אבל זה תמיד טוב לצרף אנשים איכותיים
לסביבה שלך, במיוחד כשאתה רוצה
להתפתח/תקוע
2. סויה יכולה להיות מעדן.
אפשר להתמודד בכיף בלי דגים בתזונה,
גם מבחינת הבריאות וגם הטעם.
3. לצאת מאזור הנוחות לפחות פעם בשבוע.
למצוא מישהו שיידחוף אותך לצאת מאזור הנוחות, לפחות פעם בשבוע.
שאלות טובות תמיד יביאו… מה הם יביאו? נכון, תשובות טובות.
(שאלות טובות: ”מה המטרה של מה שאני עושה עכשיו“,
”מה צריך לקרות בשביל שהיום שלי יהפוך לאידיאלי“)
4. האדם הכי חשוב לנהל איתו שיחה הוא את/ה
(ת‘אכלס, זה האדם השני הכי חשוב…
הראשון זה אני חחח סתם סתם :))
5. יש 2 סוגי לחץ שחייבים לטפל בהם, ויש אותם לכולם…
לחץ לטווח ארוך (טיסה משפחתית לתאילנד פעם בשנה,
או כל מקום אחר… יכולה לעזור עם זה) ולחץ לטווח המיידי
שחייבים לשחרר אותו על בסיס יומיומי
(הליכה/מטידציה/ והכי טוב לאמץ כלב.. נשבע שזה משחרר
לחץ יומיומי)
6. קביעת מטרות זה באסה ועבודה שחורה. אבל תמיד עוזר, לצערי.
(אני תמיד אוהב לחשוב שאפשר להצליח בלי לקבוע מטרה
ופשוט ”לעשות את הכי טוב שלך באותו היום“, יום יבוא ואצליח
להצדיק את המשפט הזה, בינתיים לא הצלחתי הקרדיט כולו שלי חח)
7. לשפר את הזיכרון שלך (וואו, זה אחד חזק, אפשר לשפר את הזיכרון
שלך בתוך 60 דק‘ בצורה משמעותית, הייתי עד לזה על עצמי.
